NEW ARRIVAL: MILLING MACHINE MTE BF5200

The MTE BF5200 fixed-bed milling machine offers robustness and precision.

Thanks to the large workable dimensions and the use of 4th/5th axis continuous operation, the working range of our facility has significantly increased.
The axis travels reach X 5000, Y 1200, and Z 2000.
The axis sliding system features tempered and ground square guides with anti-friction material counter-guides.
It is equipped with:
1) automatic indexed head with 2.5°x 1° divisions on two joints; enhanced by a three-speed gearbox allowing high torque at low speeds up to a maximum of 4000 rpm.
2) 4th axis continuous table with 360,000 positions
3) turning head
Equipped with internal cooling and BT50 BIG PLUS spindle connection, it ensures greater tool stability and performance, better process safety, and excellent final component quality.
